Hong Jik is a Dust tactics player that wanted to have his parties in a custom setting. His history takes place during the Government of Vichy France, in the Second World War. However, as in any other fictional settings, his history is fulfilled with zombies, monsters, and strange creatures.
To keep the project on a budget we used the same legs and torso for all models, changing just their arms and heads. This way we can add variety to an infantry without compromising your wallet!

The main pics sent by our customer to sculpt his project
The hero is a scientist/engineer officer with great steampunk vibes.
The first version was an officer with leather spats, white apron, French General officer’s kepi and a simple monocle. Over his shoulders rested a mechanical snake.
Some moths later Hong Jik commisioned us a second version of this hero, with slithtly different proportions, closer to Malifaux’s Dr McMourning. He wears a scientist lab coat with thick, long leather gloves, and a metallic mouth mask surrended by fangs. His weapon is a double syringe gun, and the snake is more clean, with longer sections. It’s vibe is more cyberpunk than steampunk.
The troopers wears the WWII French uniform during the Vichi Gobernement. All of them are zombies. The squad is formed by the leader, three riflemans and a gunner.
The first batch wears puttees and leather spats over the legs.
For the second batch, we removed the puttees and spoilt their clothes and attire with some damage. There were some minor changes on the rockets position too.
For the thrid batch Hong Jik asked us to add French WWII gas mask to the miniatures.
Inspired by Konflikt 57 Nachtjäger assault squad from Wardlord Games. Theese monsters shared their legs, as the other models, to decrease costs. They have an extra insectoid mandible as seen on the Starcraft’s hydralisk and wears. They wear the iron plate chest armor and conected pipes that wears the last Super Soldier from Wolfestein.
Based on the Renault G1R tank from 1940, with some elements designed by other artists as Craig Richards’ alien tank, ArmoredWolfArt’s infected siege tank and The Battle of the Undead mod for World of tanks.
Our customer sent us a 3D basemesh wich was virtually unprintable, so we fixed the cleaner items and discard those one impossible to fix. Once cleaned and checked the new model was 100% watertight and printable, we added the zombified layer.
Based on the Japanese Scorpion Light Walker designed for Konflikt 47 by Warlord Games. Our customer’s design changed the single hatch to a double one, and the current turret by the AMD Panhard 201 turret. In addition, the legs were simplified.
