It depends on the difficulty of the model, your feedback speed and how busy is our team, but it usually takes about a week and a half to sculpt it and 15 days to 3D print it and ship it. We reserve spots for rush orders when you need a gift quickly.

Yes! We slice the model into pieces sized for any home printer. Just tell us your printer’s build volume.
At this moment, we use premium 8K resin for fine details and tough, elastic water-washable resin for delicate parts that need flexibility. However, we are constantly searching for better resins, as the market is constantly evolving.
We don’t print in metal, but we can apply realistic metallic paint effects that look incredibly authentic.

For portraits, we typically need 3-5 clear reference photos from different angles. More complex projects may require additional references.

Yes, we can for individual purposes. In any way, we refuse any responsability if you’re planning to use the commisioned work with commercial purposes. In that case, we encourage you to as for the necessary permissions and licenses, or change as necessary items to consider it an original work.
We’ve sculpted and printed up to 12mm figurines scale so far. Regarding the maximun size, there’s no actual limit. Just take in mind the larger, the more pieces it would need to be cutted in, and printing and shipping will be therefore more expensive too.
Each scale comes with specific proportions for accurate interpretation and printing. When the scale is smaller, the head, hands, feet, and weapons appear larger in the model. It is not advisable to modify the scale of the figure too drastically.
Enlarging the scale can result in figures with oversized heads and simple, rough details. Conversely, reducing the scale can lead to fragile pieces with minimal surface detail.
If you require your figure in multiple scales, we can modify it to look good in various scales at a significantly lower cost than completely re-sculpting the figure.
No – we don’t use pre-made models or configurators. Each figurine is digitally sculpted from a wide range of our own basemeshes by professional artists. Any detail or item is sculpted for you. You can’t see the final result in advance, but you’ll receive progress updates and can provide feedback throughout the process.
